Your Showhouse designer will meet with you at your home to discuss your expectations and strategize how we can achieve your staging goals within your time frame and budget. As we walk through your home we will photograph each room and gather those important “first impressions”. We will also determine which furnishings to edit and if needed, recommend purchases or rentals to complete the look.
You will receive a detailed report outlining the most cost effective improvements if needed and a referral list of tradesmen. The report will also contain specific design ideas for each room and how best to showcase your home’s assets. This may include rearranging the furniture to highlight architectural features and views, de-cluttering and neutralizing the decor, painting and minor repairs. Based on this in-depth evaluation we will propose a plan of action which you can complete on your own or let us assist you in completing all or part of the list. We offer further services as needed and as time and budget allow.

$350.00 for a detailed two hour consultation. You will have a clear idea of what needs to be done to present your property for maximum return.
Staged homes typically sell for 3-10% over list price.
